Ray has been with the agency since 1971. He manages new business development and works with the staff for continued cross-selling and retention.
Ray is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is currently licensed for property casualty life and health insurance in Wisconsin. Ray is also a Certified Insurance Consulter (CIC). To learn more about CIC, please click here.
Ray is involved with the Weyauwega Area Chamber of Commerce, Fremont Lions Club, UW-Stevens Point Alumni Foundation, Bethany Nursing Home and Baja Shriners.
Ryan graduated from Carroll College in 2004. He is the fifth generation of Hutchinsons to work at the agency.
Ryan is currently acting as a Personal Lines Agent.
Duane Schultz Agent
Duane (Dewey) Schultz started out in banking. He joined the Hutchinson agency in 1993 and is currently licensed in property, casualty, life, and health.
He currently resides in Ogdensburg and is very active in the Weyauwega-Fremont Lions, along wtih various church activities.
Sharon has been in the insurance industry for 32 years and is beginning her 18th year with the agency.
She enjoys helping others and understands that the insurance industry can be a confusing field to people.
Sharon lives in the Waupaca area, but attended high school in the Weyauwega area and graduated from Weyauwega High School. She actually attended high school with Ray Hutchinson and never imagined that she would be working for him some day.
Her personal interests include her family, animals (she has a long-haired dachshund), bicycling and reading.

She believes that working for a small town agency is what makes each day a different experience. From "quotes" to "claims" to "I bought a new car," there are many conversations exchanged day after day. Her many opportunities to personally interact with several of the agency's clients has enriched her life.
Lori graduated from Weyauwega-Fremont High School in 1977 and continued to get her property/casualty license in 1980. Ccontinuing education classes keep Lori current on her insurance license.
Lori lives in rural Weyauwega with her husband and two children. She is very involved in the community. From scouts to CCD teaching to St.Vincent and volunteering at school - Lori enjoys it all.
Wendy has been employed part-time at Hutchinson Insurance for eight years. She is a data processor and also assists with the many phone calls the office receives on a daily basis. It is her hope to provide all customers with the help and/or information they desire.
Wendy lives outside of Weyauwega with her husband and child.
